Add a vertical navbar to a sidebar, content, or block. I created this while helping an RW user to add some links to the sidebar in a horizontal navigation theme. You can add or remove the number of links in this as well as adjust the colors and look using the included CSS. Should work with RW 3.6 and above. Instructions included.
