Feature request - Choice of accounts to go in the unread Tab

Hi, I love Socialite and have been using it from the beginning as Eventbox. I have since tried many other alternatives and always keep coming back to Socialite. Keep up the great work!

One feature I would love to have is the choice of with account that goes in my UNREAD tab. I have 4 different Twitter accounts (plus several others ones), but I would like to follow constantly only one twitter account. To check my 3 other ones, I would go directly in each of them when I want. But for my main use, I would rather go in my unread tab and see there my primary twitter account, facebook, Google Reader and such. Now, if I want to put those extra 3 twitter account in Socialite, I get cluttered by all the people those accounts are following that i don’t really need to check constantly.

I would really appreciate that!

Thanks!

Are there any plans to add Twitter trends? I’d love to see a fold out drawer with a tag cloud of trending topics. Like Twitscoop shows: http://www.twitscoop.com

Thanks.

Socialite locks up all my apps

Ever since I switched from Eventbox to Socialite my apps lock up after having Socialite running for 1-2 hours. Just to be sure I tried running stuff without Socialite running and had no issues. Basically I get the pinwheel of death, try to do force quit and all my apps say not responding. Anyone else having this issue? I’m also not sure if the issue is caused by another app while running Socialite.

2 Problems

1. I have multiple twitter accounts some of which are following the same people. It bugs me that it doesn’t filter out repeats like Seesmic does. Instead I get 20 tweets of the same thing.

2. I’ll block or unfollow someone and they continue to show up on my timeline. And when I try and block or unfollow them using Socialite I’ll get an error saying they’re not my friend or that I’m not following them but for some reason they’re still on my timeline…

For now I think I’m going back to Seesmic until these things are done away with.

Refresh times - wish they hadn’t been changed

Things seem to be moving in a very positive direction with Socialite - most of my ongoing issues have been resolved, and I’m enjoying having a lot more control over keeping up with different sites automatically.

However, in the lastest release, the longer refresh times were deleted for some reason. I use Socialite for RSS, Facebook, and Flickr, and in order to maintain some productivity, I had gradually moved my refresh time up to 6 hours - I just don’t need updates more often on the information I get from those sources (I just run Tweetie for Twitter, as that needs to be more immediate, and I prefer to keep Twitter separate). Now the max auto refresh time is only one hour, which has me contemplating just going to manual refresh - auto with longer refresh times would be preferrable.

Any chance we can get the longer settings put back in?

Changing RSS Username/Password

Is there a way to change the username and/or password to an RSS feed once it’s been added?

I use the RSS service in Socialite to subscribe to a number of LiveJournals (which require authorization that Google Reader still does not support).

I recently changed my password on livejournal.com, and I need to change the password I entered into Socialite when I first subscribed to the feed. I can’t figure out where the credentials are stored.

Thanks for your help!
