I’ve made a new theme with a very nice fading effect when you move your mouse over the main menu items. Any color is possible. You’ll get a nice glowing effect when you move your mouse over the menu-items of Perpendicular Fade.

PERPENDICULAR FADE

The themes has 2 different options to position your submenu:
• a Submenu with 5 sublevels below the current menu, all with a ‘fading’ effect .
• a Submenu with 1 level between the Pageheader and the Content.

• FADE-IN CONTENT
But there’s more: when opening a page the Content fades in. You can switch the fading effect off in the Theme Styles or adjust the speed.

• EXTRACONTENT
Perpendicular has 4 ExtraContent areas that allow the user to add more content then RapidWeaver typically allows:
• On the Header left or right of the Title/Slogan.
• Between the MainMenu and the Sidebar.
• Between the Content and the Footer.
• Above the Title. This EC4 area can be used for a RapidSearchbox (you’ll need the RapidSearch plugin for this*), a Date and TextTime snippet, an Extra Horizontal Menu, a Mail-A-Friend snippet, NewsTicker, a textline or whatever.
These Snippets are in the downloadfile. Drag them in the sidebar or in a RW page and you’re ready.
When you have the Stacks Plugin from YourHead and this EC enabled theme, you can download an ExtraContents Stacks plugin.
Colours, font, fontsize, and background can be changed in the Colour Palette in the Theme Styles and with the EC in Custom CSS Snippet.

• SOME THEME STYLES of PERPENDICULAR
• 9 different widths.
• 2 different SubMenu positions.
• Sidebar Left, Right or Hide.
• Content shows up with a fade-in effect (you can adjust the speed or switch it off).
• 10 different fonts.
• Wide or small menu.
• Up to 4 ExtraContent Containers. There’s no need to use this option!
• Many color picker features.

The Manual is very extensive and explains how to add your image or a pattern to the header and/or the extracontent areas in only three steps. This an example. But also a lot of extra styling options, manuals about the ExtraContent Snippets, etc.

awesome theme Henk.
Everytime you amaze me with all the options and the smooth working interface and lots of freedom the add my own thing to it.

Another beautifully polished and professional theme, packed with Henk V uniqueness.
The Perpendicular Fade navigation menu is positively hypnotic.
Extra Content adds even more flexibility.

Me too. Any theme by Henk is good as bought.

Looks a little to busy for me with all the content jammed into it almost to the point of looking cluttered. I do like the menu’s though and how they function.

I love that it shows all the areas. It is cluttered, however, one would not use all of it. That is the beauty of Henks themes (as others pointed out), you have so many options. Fantastic Henk.

You are correct and I have picked up a few of Henk’s theme’s in the past. However those not familiar with his theme’s may be turned off by his demo page..... after all a good display/presentation of a product can help sell it.

I have bought this theme and I recommend you all to have it. It has a lot of options, backgrounds, etc.
I am very happy with this and hereby I would like to thank Henk for this great piece of art.

Pretty impressive.  However, do you think there is a chance that the glow on the left-hand links could hurt the user’s ability to navigate through that section?
