What do you use LittleSnapper for?

LittleSnapper quickly became my Picture sharing tool of choice. I use it for both Flickr and Ember. I'm also using it to catalog interesting and inspirational websites but also for keeping track of different user interface mockups and my usual nonsense I post on twitter.

What is your favourite feature?

I think it's the annotation feature together with the seamless integration with Flickr and Ember. I like how easy the process from snipping some part of a website to the actual publishing is handled. I never need to switch between different apps or keep intermediate files on my desktop. That I have everything in one place for later use is a big plus for me too.

LittleSnapper has the potential to be one of the Macs poster child applications.

The ability to snap the content of a whole website at once helps a lot. I no longer need to use half assed utilities for that task. I also like the smart collections which are not new to the Mac in particular, though the user interaction feels superior for this task compared to the Finder or Safari.

How has your workflow improved?

In the past I often lost track of interesting sites. Now with LittleSnapper I'm far more organised and it's easy to find and re-discover inspirational stuff. You could even say that LittleSnapper became my visual bookmark browser since I no longer store bookmarks in Safari but rather snap it to LittleSnapper. The application automatically attaches the sites URL so I can quickly return to the actual site.

Anything else you'd like to add?

For me LittleSnapper has the potential to be one of the Mac’s poster child applications. It's UI is clear and focused to the task. The "Publishing" preference icon is also sweet like sugar!
