UI Designer
We’re looking for a talented designer to work on our apps, both new and existing. You’ll be working with both Product and Engineering teams to meticulously place every pixel, and be directly involved with each of our apps.
We’re incredibly picky about design, and we expect you to have a well-rounded portfolio that shows your app design skills. You should be prepared to talk about previous projects if we invite you to interview.

App Engineer
We’re looking for amazing developers to work on our globally-renowned apps and more. You’ll be leading the technical development of our projects, ensuring the technical finesse of every last feature.
Objective-C developers should be intimately familiar with AppKit and/or UIKit, and if you’ve shipped an app commercially (be it for iOS or OS X) be sure to include details of it. If you’re invited for interview, we expect you to talk candidly about previous projects - experience using web-based APIs is essential.

We’re looking for an amazing developer to help us build great webservices. You should be experienced developing and deploying scalable web apps and experience both building and using web-based APIs is essential. User Support
As a small but growing company, we’re looking to hire an additional person to join our support team and help our users. Whether it’s helping with a purchasing problem, a bug report, or simply a feature request, our support team are the most important point of contact for our users.
You’ll work with our existing support team (he’s called Luke) and be there for our customers when something needs sorting. You’ll be working in close contact with both our Product and Engineering teams, so familiarity with bug-tracking software is useful (though not essential).

- Excellent written communication skills.
- Familiarity with OS X - bonus points if you’re familiar with our apps.
- Experience working with helpdesk systems and forums.
- Experience with issue-tracking software useful.
- Able to quickly analyse and prioritise customer requests.
